Oren Alon built the MantleMiner game as an Ad Supported game. This SERVICE is provided by Oren Alon at no cost and is intended for use as is.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Updates and Termination

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device.

You may not: Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; rent, lease, or sell it; use it for illegal purposes; or remove copyrights/notices.

The App requires internet for ads and IAP. Offline mode limits features.

In-App Purchases (IAP)

• IAP (e.g., in-game items) are non-refundable once purchased and non-transferable.
• Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play—see their terms for refunds. We do not store payment info.
• Virtual items may be lost if your account is terminated or device is lost.

Ads and Third-Party Services

The App displays ads via LevelPlay mediation (e.g., Unity Ads, AdMob). See Privacy Policy for data sharing.

Age Requirements

• Users must be 13+ (or parental supervision for under-13). The App uses an age gate for COPPA compliance—under-13: Limited ads/features.
• Parents: Contact KidBackStudios@gmail.com for child data review.

User Content and Conduct

• You may submit feedback/bug reports, which we can use royalty-free.
• Prohibited: Cheating, hacking, harassment, or violating laws. We may ban violators.

Intellectual Property

All App content (graphics, code, music) is owned by us or licensors. No rights granted beyond the license above.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Use at your risk.
• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., data loss, device issues). Liability limited to $100.
• No responsibility for third-party content/ads.

Termination

We may terminate access for violations. You can stop using anytime (delete App).

Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by laws of [your country/state, e.g., California, USA]. Disputes resolved via email (KidBackStudios@gmail.com). No class actions.
